Agnes Bernadine Reilly

Agnes Bernadine Reilly, 96, of Katy, TX, formerly of Springfield, died on July 19, 2006 at her residence. Agnes was born February 24, 1910 in Chatham the daughter of Patrick and Mary Foley Murphy. Agnes worked for the Sangamon County Clerk’s Office for twenty-four years, retiring in 1980. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family. Agnes was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Springfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by one daughter: Mary M. (husband, Larry) Bridges of Katy, TX; three grandchildren: Bridget (husband, Robert) Partain of Katy, TX, Kate (husband, Wesley) Jensen of Sealy, TX, and Tom Bridges of Houston, TX; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 24, 2006 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Visitation will begin with a prayer service at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 245 N. Amos Ave., Springfield.
