She was born in Jacksonville, IL, April 9, 1953 the daughter of George and Helen (Holmes) Flynn. She married Ronald L. "Ronnie" Willis in Philadelphia, IL, May 28, 1978 and he survives.
Also surviving are her brothers, Roger Hudgins of Springfield, and Harold Ring of Mason City, IL, her sister, Angela (husband Ronnie) Ratliff of Ashland, IL, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kevin Holmes.
Alice retired from the Secretary of State's Office. She was a member of the Franklin Outing Club at Franklin Lake in Franklin, IL. She enjoyed the activities of the club and spending time at the lake.
A private graveside service will be held in Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield with Rev. Mark Gifford officiating.
