Ann Marie Moffitt

Ann Marie Moffitt, 32, lifelong resident of Springfield, passed away at 11:47 a.m. Sunday, October 7, 2001 at her residence. Ann was born September 22, 1969 in Springfield the daughter of Anthony and Beverly Burge Bauer. She married Curt Moffitt October 3, 1998 at St. Agnes Catholic Church. She attended St. Agnes School, Sacred Heart Griffin, Illinois College and Illinois State University receiving her degree in Business Administration. She was a Loan Service Associate for Marine Bank and a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. She is survived by her parents: Anthony and Beverly Bauer both of Springfield; her husband: Curt Moffitt; one son: Aaron Wesley Moffitt at home; two sisters: Teresa Lynn (husband, Gregg) Benschoff of Springfield; Julie Ann (husband, Sean) Monahan of Chicago; one nephew: Mark Anthony Benschoff of Springfield and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home from 5-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2001. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 10, 2001 at St. Agnes Catholic Church with Very Reverend Patrick Wright V.F. celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
