April loved animals more than most and took in every stray animal she ever came across. April had a heart of gold and even when struggling herself, would find ways to give back to those in need. She cared deeply about people feeling loved and and accepted. April’s greatest hope was to be able to love and protect her children and we know she will now be able to do that from heaven.
April is survived by a brother and two sisters, as well as her five children who she loved dearly and will look over for eternity.
She was preceded in death by her mother Angela (Graves) Lewis.
