Bob Reed, 58, of Springfield, died at 9:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Bob was born July 30, 1956 in Rantoul, the son of Robert Mason and Theresa Ann Romanotto Reed. He married Mary Teresa Jones on September 17, 1988 in Phoenix, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Mary Reed of Springfield; brother, Michael Joseph Reed of AZ, many nieces and nephews; his beloved Pomeranian, Bear; and many friends. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. The family will host a Celebration of Life from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at VFW Post 755, 2211 Old Jacksonville Rd., Springfield.
