Catherine T. Lanham, 87, of Springfield, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away at 10:41 a.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2001 at St. John’s Hospital. She was born December 19, 1913 the daughter of Joseph A. and Margaret Artuso Trogolo in Spring Valley, Illinois. She married Earl F. Lanham in Indianapolis and he preceded her in death. She was a member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church in Springfield, as was a former member of Garfield Park Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN. She was a bookkeeper for Santrossa Mosaic and Tile Company for twenty-five years and retired in 1978. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a sister: Margaret Lanham and a daughter: Pamela Lanham. She is survived by a brother: James L. Trogolo of Decatur, IL; a sister: Minnie Poll of Decatur, IL; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Oak Terrace Healthcare Center from 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2001. Herrmann Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., in Indianapolis, IN at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
