

She entered this world on February 28, 1947, in Springfield, IL, born to J. Earle and Leona Brown Williams.
Cathe was a licensed pilot and enjoyed flying. Bill and Cathe enjoyed camping and being camp hosts for the Corps of Engineers. She was an excellent seamstress, very crafty, loved to shop and cook. Cathe was the rock upon whom Bill leaned.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joan Bishop.
Cathe is survived by her husband, William Lewis; daughters, Becky (husband, Jeremy) Brownfield, Mary Ann (husband, Douglas) Dunn; son, Michael Zarlingo; sisters, Annette Nelson and Earlona Looby; grandchildren, Stella and Jacob Brownfield; Sarah and Sean Bargas; Paul and Samantha Zarlingo; and great-grandson, Owen Zarlingo.
Catherine served as the loving wife of a military veteran of the United States Air Force. May God watch over her and keep her in his loving arms.
Graveside Ceremony: 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Camp Butler National Cemetery with Msgr. Michael R. Kuse officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Pacific Animal Hospital. 450 W Flier Dr, Pacific, MO 63069 to help and care for other animals who are rescued from car accidents like Cathe’s beloved dachshund, Ben.
