

Charles Henry Holler, Sr.,58, of Springfield, passed away at 1:36 p.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Charles was born on October 24, 1960 in Springfield, the son of Henry and Olive (Cooke) Holler. Charles was a professional fundraiser for the IL State Police. He was also the owner and operator of Agape Home Healthcare, Agape Printing, and Kernel Chucks Kettle Corn. He was a member of Five Doves and enjoyed blogging, worshiping, fantasy sports, collecting coins, backgammon, and most of all, spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father; step-father, Rev. Ackley Owen Williams; and three brothers, Michael Holler, James Smith, and Michael Smith. He is survived by his mother, Olive Williams of Springfield; six children, Charles Holler II, Matt (wife, Jennifer) Holler of Springfield, Olivea (companion, William Schmuck) Holler of Virden, Misti (husband, Brian) Evangelista of Springfield, Angel Goodman of Arizona, and Brady Goodman of Arizona; 10 grandchildren, KayLynn, William, Austin, and Lillian Schmuck, Ava, Emma, and Brian Evangelista II, and Alexander, Fiona, and Owen Holler; mother of his children, Carlinda Letz of Springfield; four siblings, Karla (husband, Harry) Otto of Springfield, Robin Davis of Glenarm, Michelle Birch of FL, and Jerry Smith of Loami; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 1108 Daniel Avenue, Springfield with Rev. Ronald Waltrip officiating.
