Diane F. Franklin, 62, of Springfield, passed away at 11:20 p.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2001, at St. John's Hospital. Diane was born June 23, 1938 the daughter of Sam and Anita Gussow Louis in Fond Du Lac, WI. She married Malcolm E.C. Franklin, II in 1965 in Chicago. He preceded her in death March 24, 1999. She worked for Wisconsin National Life Insurance Company; she was a member of Temple of Israel. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Malcolm E.C. Franklin, II. She is survived by two sons: Bruce (wife, Stephanie) Franklin of CO, Sean Franklin of CO, one daughter: Ann Franklin of Springfield, IL; two brothers: Gerald Louis of LaCrosse, WI, Elton (wife, Joyce) Louis of Wausau WI, three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home from 12-1:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2001. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2001 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home with Rabbi Barry Marks. The family of Diane F.
