He was born on February 23, 1942, in Topsham, ME, the son of Ervin M. Sr. and Caroline M. Houghton.
Ervin was honored to have served his country in the United States Air Force. He proudly owned and operated Hill Camera Repair Service. Ervin was passionate about photography and was a member of the 35mm Camera Club. He also loved to go fishing, camping, woodworking, and spend time with his granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Elizabeth Hill.
Ervin is survived by his son, Jason Hill of Springfield; granddaughter, Morgan (John) Hill-Pucillo; sister, Priscilla Bergeron; and niece, Kandi Cane.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
