Mr. Seward is survived by two siblings: Patty Seward of Alaska and Charles Seward of California and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one daughter, three sisters and three brothers.
Frank was a US Army Veteran. He was a manager for the Illinois Electric Association Cooperatives and a security guard for Sangamon County. Frank painted homes and office buildings and also worked for Pat Grady Realtors.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30am on Friday September 19, 2025 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 East Allen Street, with burial to follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10:30am until the time of service Friday at Bisch and Son.
