Gary E. Zelasko, 61, of Springfield, died at 1:53 p.m. on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at his home. Gary was born December 27, 1950 in Chicago, the son of Robert and Martha Makina Zelasko. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Zelasko. He is survived by his two daughters, Deana Zelasko of Aurora, IL and Koreen (Bobby Compton) Zelasko of Laramie, WY; two brothers, Kenneth (Rita Dunhaver) Zelasko of Las Vegas, NV and Thomas Zelasko of Springfield; two sisters, Marianne (Thomas) Morgan and Janet (Jim) Flint, both of Westmont, IL; and several nieces and nephews. Cremation will be accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center. Memorial Ceremony will be held at a later date.
