Hailey Anne Allan

Hailey was born on January 30, 1998, in Springfield, the daughter of Scott David Allan and Lara (Bradley) Edwards.

She graduated from Springfield High School in 2016 and earned an associate degree in Arts and culinary certificate from Lincoln Land Community College. Hailey worked at Panther Creek for eight years and was also a pastry chef at Pease’s. She was very adventurous, musically inclined and loved animals. Hailey also enjoyed painting and baking.

She was preceded in death by her father, Scott.

Hailey is survived by her mother, Lara (Brad Isaacs) Edwards; significant other, Jackson Hawkins; maternal grandparents, Larry (Elaine) Bradley and Joyce Brooks; sister, Lindsay Allan; cousin, Hannah Reichert; multiple aunts and uncles; and beloved extended family and friends.

Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.

Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2021, at Butler Funeral Home – Springfield, 900 S. Sixth St., Springfield. Due to COVID restrictions there will be limited capacity.

Funeral Ceremony: 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Butler Funeral Home – Springfield, with Celebrant Judy Woerner officiating. Family and friends that are unable to attend may stream the ceremonies HERE

A private burial for immediate family will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
