Ivy Evans Neuman

Ivy was born November 21, 2022, in St. Louis, MO, the infant daughter of Austin Lee and Ashley Patricia Siebert Neuman.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Bill and Wilma Siebert and Linda and Noel Evans.

Ivy is survived by her parents, Austin and Ashley Neuman of New Berlin; sister, Everly Neuman of New Berlin; maternal grandparents, Angela (Christopher Wyler) Wood of Springfield and Michael (Stacey) Siebert of Springfield; paternal grandparents, Steve (Tina) Neuman of Pleasant Plains; step-grandfather, Richard Wood of New Berlin; great-grandparents, Edward (Margaret) Sauer and Gene (Janet) Neuman; aunts and uncles, Alexis (Kevin) Farris, Ryan (Jennie) Siebert, R.J. (fiancé, Alexis Combs) Wood, Kris (Stephanie) Neuman, Mitchell Neuman, and Micheal Lee; and many cousins.

At just two weeks old, Ivy was full of sass. All the nurses giggled at her many faces. She was most comforted by her mommy’s touch. It could immediately calm her down. Ivy loved the sound of a heartbeat, her parents shushing sound, and you are my sunshine sang to her. At just 4 lbs., she had the strongest grip and loved holding her mommy, daddy, and sissie’s hand. Ivy was the most loved and could feel it.

Funeral Ceremony: 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Berlin Christian Church, 2580 S. Wake Rd., New Berlin, IL with Rev. Linda Harrod officiating.

A private family burial will be held at Woodwreath Cemetery.
