Jacqueline "Jackie" Power

Jacqueline Power, 53, of Springfield, passed away at 6:21 a.m. on Friday, December 11, 2015 at her residence. Jacqueline was born November 9, 1962 in Springfield, the daughter of John "Jack" and Doris Peters Wilkin. She married Bruce William Power on October 16, 1993 in Springfield. Jacqueline was a 1980 graduate of Lanphier High School. She was employed by Memorial Health Systems as an Inventory Coordinator. Jacqueline was known for being a loving and caring person, who enjoyed her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers-in-law, Marc and Keith Power; and her mother-in-law, Camille Power. She is survived by her husband, Bruce W. Power of Springfield; two daughters, Bree N. Cody of Chatham and Hailey M. Power of Springfield; one grandson, Isaiah Cody of Chatham; three siblings, Steve Wilkin and Dara (husband, Daniel) Drake, both of Girard, and Kim (husband, Mark) Roth of Rochester; sister-in-law, Sheila (husband, Chet) Simmons of Springfield; brother-in-law, Joe Power of Springfield; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 9:30-10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1345 North 6th St., Springfield. Funeral Mass: 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Steven Janoski, celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
