He was born in Mt. Vernon, IL, May 19, 1959 the son of Peggy Badgett Hall. She preceded him in death. Jim married Ellen Daily May 5, 2005 in Auburn, and she survives. He is also survived by his two step sons, Alan and Wayne Moore both of Auburn. Also surviving are several cousins.
Jim retired in 2003 from the United States Postal Service. He was very involved with Special Olympics, was an avid bowler and loved his pets. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Auburn, IL.
Cremation Rites will be accorded by Bisch Crematory. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home.
