She was born on January 30, 1934, in Springfield, the daughter of the late William Paul and Gertrude Mae (Williamson) Randall.
Joan worked as a claim’s clerk for AIG Insurance Co. for many years.
She is survived by her friends, Faith Jones of Springfield, Wanda Manhart of Chatham, IL, and Jane Courtney of Springfield.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister Judith A. Randall.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield. No services are scheduled at this time.
