

Josephine Turner, 87, of Springfield, passed away at 1:30 a.m., Friday, October 5, 2001 at St. John's Hospital. Josephine was born May 10, 1914 the daughter of Joe and Bernadine Bertmann Cashen. Josephine was a homemaker and a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church as well as a member of the St. Agnes Altar and Rosary Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister: Olga Paschal and one brother: Joseph Cashen. She is survived by four daughters: Sandra (husband, George) Petrison of Westfalls, NY, Nancy (husband, Jerry) Konrad of Indianapolis, IN, Judy (husband, Don) Buckley of Springfield, Gail (husband, Larry) Watts of Grand Rapids, MI; two sisters: Marcella Tilton of Danville, Dorothy Dean Harding of Decatur; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Friends may call at St. Agnes Catholic Church from 9-11:00 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2001. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2001 at St. Agnes Catholic Church with Reverend Patrick Wright V.F. celebrant.
