Judy Ann Flynn

Judy was born December 24, 1943, in Jacksonville, Il, the daughter of William and Bess O’Donnell Flynn.

She graduated from Winchester High School and was employed by the City of Springfield until her retirement. Judy was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Hanken; and brother, Tom Flynn.

Judy is survived by her sisters, Joan (Walter) Hodde and Marjorie Flynn, both of Springfield; nephews, Chris (Kathy) and Scott (Ruth) Hanken, and Craig Dodge, all of Springfield; nieces, Holly Grady of Springfield and Kelly (Andy) Scott of Peoria; and several great-nieces and nephews.

Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.

Memorial Gathering and Funeral Mass: Family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1725 S. Walnut St., Springfield, IL. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Grant, celebrant.

Burial will be held at St. Mark’s Cemetery in Winchester, IL at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
