Lora Lee Lopez

Lora Lee Lopez, 53, of Chatham, formerly of the Quad cities, passed away peacefully, Monday, December 15, 2014, with her family by her side, at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. She was born April 18, 1961 in Albia, Iowa to Harold E. and Anna Casper Wright. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents. Lora married Jorge E. Lopez on September 20, 1986. Mrs. Lopez was an insurance claims examiner for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield for many years. The Lopez�s are members of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Chatham. Lora enjoyed game shows and playing �words with friends�. Her family always came first for her; she regularly was one of the parents on the girls� field trips when they were in school, and as adults, enjoyed girls days which included shopping, manicures and pedicures! A date night was anytime she and Jorge spent together! She will be greatly missed by her husband, Jorge of Chatham; daughters, Caryn Marie (Thomas) Selby of Newburgh, IN and Alycia Danielle Lopez of Chatham; an expected grandchild, �Baby Selby�, in April, 2015; mother, Anna Wright of Coal Valley, IL; brothers, Kevin E. (Sindy) Wright of Coal Valley, IL and Allen M. (Annette) Wright of Reynolds, IL; several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Her family will greet friends from 4pm until the time of the service at 7pm, Thursday, December 18, at Staab Polk Memorial Home, 8855 State Route 4, Chatham, IL 62629, with Fr.
