Margaret A. Marshall

Margaret A. (Vicari) Marshall, 83, of Springfield, died at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Margaret was born January 14, 1931 in Springfield, the daughter of Hezekiah and Frances Bohnenberger Aplin. She married Stephen J. Vicari. He later preceded her in death. Margaret attended Springfield High School and worked at K-Mart for 13 years, retiring in 1996. She later worked at Mary Bryant Home for six years. Margaret enjoyed crafts, reading, playing cards, and games. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Terrence Vicari; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters. She is survived by her children Stephanie (Roger) Baker, Sandra Vicari, Thomas (Hope) Vicari, Sr., Suzanne (Jim) Heldebrandt, Jerry Vicari, Larry (Denise) Vicari, Stephen Vicari, Jr., Frances Schaefer, and Sara (Sheila) Anderson; 25 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Phyllis York. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior ceremonies. Memorial Gathering and Mass: Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the funeral mass at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Church of the Little Flower, 800 Stevenson Dr., Springfield, with Rev.
