

Mike was born July 21, 1951, at Scott Air Force Base, the son of Howard and Doris Ender Lysaker.
Mike graduated from Mascoutah High School in 1969 and then attended “THE” Eastern Illinois University earning a master’s degree in Business Administration in 1975. He was a dedicated salesman and sold computers to the State of Illinois. Mike was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and was an avid Notre Dame, Green Bay Packers, and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He always put others first and was a supportive neighbor and friend. Mike enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gregory “Greg” Lysaker.
Mike is survived by his son, Andrew “Andy” (Natalie Benda) Lysaker of Palatine, IL; daughter, Rebecca “Becky” Blandina of Shiloh, IL; grandchildren, Audrey Lysaker, and Jack, Max, and Ella Blandina; siblings, Jim (Deb) Lysaker of Duluth, GA, Mary Lysaker and Kathy (Don) Rosenkrans, both of Castle Rock, CO; three nieces; and two nephews.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies.
Private family burial will be held at a later date in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
