

Mildredees (Mildred) Clark, 50, of Springfield, passed away at 1:13 p.m. Monday, February 18, 2002 at Memorial Medical Center. Mildred was born January 24, 1952 the daughter of Stanley and Estella M. Bell Harris in Gary, Indiana. She married James Clark November 19, 1977 in Chicago. Mildred was employed by the Department of Mental Health as a secretary for thirteen and a half years. In 1980 she joined Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall. She was preceded in death by her father: Stanley Harris; one brother: Stanley Harris, Jr.; one sister: Viola Jenkins and one granddaughter: Kianna Mildredees Howerter. She is survived by her husband: James Clark of Springfield; her mother: Estella Harris; three daughters: Kimberly R. Clark of Springfield, Vanessa E. Clark of Springfield; LaKeenya A. Clark of Springfield; five grandchildren; one step-son: James Clark III of Chicago; one step-daughter: Tanosha Clark of Springfield; two brothers: Ernest Alexander, Los Angles, CA, Blair S. Harris of Evansville, IN; four sisters: Eva (husband, Billy) Rivers of Springfield, Pamela Gordon of Springfield, Joslyen Sneed of Chicago; Felicia Harris of Springfield and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home from 5-8:00 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2002. Memorial Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 23, 2002 at Jehovah's Witnesses-Kingdom Hall, South Congregation with Rodney Hodge officiating.
