Nicholas A. White, 33, of Springfield, died at 7:50 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013 at his home. Nicholas was born July 24, 1979 in Springfield, the son of William T. and Victoria J. Perez White. Nicholas graduated from Lanphier High School in 1997. He was co-owner of Complete Irrigation. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed bowling, and bowled on several area leagues. He also enjoyed cooking, fishing, spending time with his children and family, and watching sports. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one aunt. He is survived by his significant other, Hannah Hamman of Springfield; parents, Tom and Victoria White of Springfield; children, Gregory A. and Natalie E. White, both of Springfield; sister, Bethany E. Perez White of Chicago; his business partner and best friend, Nick (wife, Dusty) Ponce of Pleasant Plains; one uncle; and numerous cousins and friends. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Funeral Ceremony: 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Schuerman officiating.
