

Patricia Siciliano, 89, of Springfield, died at 12:22 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Patricia was born January 22, 1926 in Springfield, the daughter of John M. and Mary Schaff Doenges. She married Frank Siciliano on July 31, 1943 in Springfield; he preceded her in death on October 29, 1998. Patricia graduated from Feitshans High School and owned Springcrest Draperies for 8 years. She also worked as a realtor for some time. She was a member of 5th Presbyterian Church and then later Knox Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the Press Club for 30 years. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family and her church family, playing Bingo, and was the best pie maker ever. She loved her animals, slot machines, and was a great cook. She was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, June May; and brother, Jack Doenges. She is survived by her children, Frank C. (wife, Patricia) Siciliano of Marco Island, FL, Lynn (husband, Mike) White of Lincoln, Cindy (husband, Charles) Schlosser of Rochester, and Mark Siciliano of Springfield; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. Memorial Gathering: Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. The family will host a Memorial Ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Knox Presbyterian Church, 1401 E. Cottonwood St., Springfield with Pastor Paula Carmichael officiating.
