Robert J. Frasco, 61, of Loami, died at 4:17 p.m. on Thursday, November 27, 2014 at Memorial Medical Center. Rob was born October 11, 1953 in Springfield, a son of R. Robert and MaryAnn Santini Frasco. Rob was self-employed with Frasco Automotive, and was later employed with the Post Office, and the Department of Transportation as a mechanic. He was an excellent mechanic and always scored very high when taking certification exams for the auto industry. He was helpful, kind, and always there when you needed him. He loved cars and enjoyed racing them. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, as well as an infant daughter, Mary Frances. He is survived by his father, R. Robert Frasco of Springfield; mother, MaryAnn Frasco of Loami; one daughter, Tina (Ronnie) Starkweather of Springfield; one grandchild, Devin Frasco; three siblings, Cindy (John W.) Tuxhorn of Springfield, Greg Frasco of Loami, and Todd (Jennifer) Frasco of Springfield; nephews, including J.R. (Missy), Craig, and Jared (Rachael) Tuxhorn, Todd Frasco, Jr.; and great-nieces and nephews, John, Bella, Jenna, and Jake Tuxhorn; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation will be accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center. Private family ceremonies were held.
