

Bob was born May 25, 1933, in Springfield, the son of Harold and Margaret Wilson Fritchman. He married Donna J. DeOrnellas in Las Vegas, NV.
Bob was employed with Hobbs Corporation as a general foreman for 48 years. He was a member of the Blue Ridge Club and the Managers Club through Hobbs. Bob enjoyed listening to music, boating and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kurt Fritchman; and brother, Howard Fritchman.
Bob is survived by his wife, Donna J. Fritchman of Chatham; son, Kent (wife, Connie) Fritchman of Rochester; daughter, Stacy (husband, Bob) Barnett of Springfield; four stepsons, John Bozis and Todd (wife, Jocelyn) Wheeler, both of CO, Dr. Tim (Vanessa) Lonergan of Springfield, and Mike Lonergan of St. Louis, MO; four grandchildren, Kyle (wife, Becca) Fritchman, Cori (fiancé, Frankie Sheehan) Fritchman, and Bree (fiancé, Zach Mohme) Barnett, all of Springfield, and Britlynn Lonergan of Chatham; three great-grandchildren; and one niece and one nephew, both of Seattle, WA.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center—Chatham prior to ceremonies.
Memorial Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Calvary Church, 1730 W. Jefferson St., Springfield with Rev. Paul Rose and Pastor Stacy Barnett officiating. Due to COVID restrictions, there will be limited capacity.
Private burial will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
