Ruth Ann Hildebrand

She was born Feb. 7, 1941 the daughter of Rawley V. and Edith Pearson Hogarth.

Surviving are her children: Tammy (Marvin) Fenton, Kimberly Hildebrand, both of Springfield, and Danny Hildebrand of Lakeside, CA, two sisters, Sharon Luetzow and Carla (Mike) Angels both of Springfield. She has several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Ruth was preceded in death by her son Tim, her parents, and a sister, Rita Wood.

Ruth retired as a manager from the Kroeger Grocery Stores and then worked at Shop N Save in Springfield. She served as a caregiver in her home through SPARC for many years. She volunteered with the Make a Wish Foundation and was a member of Forgiven Church in Springfield.

Cremation rites will be accorded by the Bisch Crematory prior to services.

Memorial Gathering: Ruth’s family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering at Bisch and Son Funeral Home 505 E. Allen, Springfield from 4-7 pm Thursday, Oct. 19th, 2017.

Memorial Service: A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am Friday, Oct. 20, 2017 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home with Bobbi Hahn officiating. Inurnment will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
