Sherry Marie Cisco, 55, of Chatham, passed away February 24, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center with her mother by her side. She was born May 12, 1961 in Metropolis. Sherry worked in the cafeteria at Ball Chatham School District before she became disabled. She had a kind heart and befriended the homeless. She will be greatly missed by her mother, Shirley Tobin of Chatham; sister, Deborah (Lester) Harvill; nephew, Thomas Harvill; aunts, Sharion (Arnold) Casey of Metropolis and Beverly (Larry) Bowman of Golconda; uncle, Bob (Willa Mae) Smith of Brookport; stepbrothers, Greg Tobin and Brian (Jennifer) Tobin all of Springfield; several step nieces and nephews; and long time best friend, Richard England of Athens. Cremation rites will be accorded by Cremation Services of Central Illinois, Chatham before services. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 1pm at the Chatham Memorial Cemetery with Paula Staab Polk as funeral celebrant. Charity of donors choice.
