Tanya Glenn Miles

Tanya Glenn Miles, 43, of Springfield, died at 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at St. John's Hospital. Tanya was born September 25, 1969 in Springfield, the daughter of Robert and Linda Forbes Glenn. Tanya was a CNA at Heritage Manor in Mt. Sterling as well as many places in the area. She loved being a CNA and was most proud of raising her kids and her grandchild. She was a very happy, outgoing, free-spirited strong woman who enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and dancing. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, Linda Hoover of Springfield; companion, Mark Jones of Springfield; three sons, Sean Glenn of Mt. Sterling, Ryan Glenn and Dustin Miles, both of Springfield; one grandchild, Liam Glenn; four siblings, Dawn Moffitt of Ashland, Jae Ealey, David Ealey, and Bobby Glenn, all of Springfield; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. 12:45 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2012 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Homes, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Funeral Ceremony: 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2012 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
