Travis John Jones was called to heaven on October 23, 2011. He was born October 20, 2011, the son of Donna Sue Rogers and Zachary John Jones.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, Travis Lee Jones; several great grandparents; and a couple of great uncles.
He is survived by his parents, grandparents, Alma and Donald Rogers, Lisa Clark and John Jones; great grandparents, Thomas and Patricia Clark; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Boardman-Smith Funeral Chapel.
