Travis was born on April 29, 1980, to parents Regina Stolp (Yocum). He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Geraldine Simpson and Larry Yocum, as well as his maternal great grandparents Marion and Grovene Yocum.
He is survived by his mother and step father Regina and Bob Stolp (Prairie City Il), his sister Amber Ellis (Killeen Tx), his daughter Ashley Purden (Bushnell Il) two nephews and one niece; SPC. Samuel Hendricks, Kaden Hendricks, and Maleya Hendricks (Killeen Tx)
Travis was a jokester and full of life. He had his grandma’s heart and was always there if someone needed a helping hand. He was a devoted friend, son and brother. He will be missed by many who loved him dearly. The family would like to extend their deep appreciation for all those who have reached out and offered condolences during this hard time.
Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at Martin Hollis Funeral Home on June 19th from 5-7 pm.
