Dear Ann I just found out about Bill, I just knew something was wrong have been thinking about you all lately, Have and still having lots of problems with Art for five years now, had prostrate surgery and has been trouble ever since was in nursing home 6 months last year and 6and a half this year. He can't walk or stand started with knee's now his memory bad and in a wheel chair, Had the house fixed for him but he does not transfer well, I just talked to the nurse he has had a bad day, very forgetful I see him each day and he eats with me, Iive only six miles from the nursing home, he gets very emotional now at times so I hesitate telling him about Bill. He talked about Bill and Butch a lot before he got so emotional, he will be 88 Jan. 24thand we will be married 61 years in February I just try to live each day as best I can none of the kids live close so I try to do the best I can, its hard but I seem to keep up with everything, If you get this we do send our condolence's, and let me know if you et this, I don't know your address Margaret and ArtRose

I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Bill. I will always remember the way his eyes twinkled when he was being silly with us as kids. He was such a kind-hearted and good man. Please take comfort in knowing he is in a better place. Love and prayers, Debbie

Dear Aunt Annie and Family: Such a great loss for us as a family. What I remember first about Uncle Bill is how dear & with such high regard my mother, Evelyn Ryan Bucci (nearly 82!), his sister, held him. She frequently recounts his & her earliest life with their 3 other siblings, Virginia, Bernie, & Madonna, all growing up in the care of their widowed mother & their mother's widowed father. And how, naturally, year after year they all depended on him more & more, as the eldest youngster, to step up & be the man of the family. Pretty tall order without a father to show you how, but he did alright! He was a good man who obviously gathered honest good around him in his life as a son, hard worker, husband, father, grandfather/great-grandfather & loyal friend to so many. (Including a 62+ year friendship with my father, Ralph Bucci, now 83.) Today, at the funeral home, as I looked down the very long (!) line of family & friends, what I remembered most about Uncle Bill was how inclusive he always was with us. How fitting the line should be long! What a blessing he was to us! With prayers for all,

Dear Ann, We just found out about Bill's death. We are so very sorry. We always enjoyed our visits with you and Bill. Our condolences to you and your family. According to the obituary we read on the State Journal Register (via the computer), you were married 55 years. That is quite an accomplishment and a good example to the current generation.
