Alice was the youngest of seven children born to Verdie Moss and Hattie Mae Shelton Moss on December 4, 1932, in Greenwood, Missouri. She attended Southwest High School in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended Centre College in Danville, KY. She married Captain Donald L. Roedl on November 20, 1959, in Kansas City. Alice worked in the accounting department for the Southern Pacific Railway for several years before having a family.
Alice is preceded in death by her husband Donald in 2010 and one child Mathew in 2011.
Alice is survived by a daughter Stephanie Roedl Teschke (Jeffrey) of Gainesville, VA and son Brian Keech Roedl (Cynthia) of Ozark, AL and 5 grandchildren.
A private burial will be held at Arlington National Cemetery.
