She is survived by her parents Frank and Anita of Springfield, VA; daughter, Skylar of Springfield, VA; and brother, David of Raleigh, NC.
Cara was born on December 14th, 1982 in Fairfax, VA to Frank and Anita. She attended West Springfield High School, and graduated from George Mason University in 2007 with a degree in Psychology. She worked various jobs over her lifetime and always took pride in her diligent work ethic.
She enjoyed hiking and exercising, and always loved decorating for, and celebrating, the holidays. Cara had a deep passion for learning, experiencing life to the fullest, and always loved spending time with her daughter, Skylar. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.
