Elizabeth spent a career with the CIA as an Intelligence Analyst. She was veteran of the United States Navy.
She was a member of Georgetown Presbyterian Church, the “99”s International Organization of Woman Pilots, Smith College Club of Washington, DC, Silver Wings of Washington and a Volunteer at Fairfax Hospital.
Elizabeth is predeceased in death by her parents, Howard Voelkler Fisher & Margaret Mcclure Fisher, 1 sister Margaret Fisher and brother Howard Mcclure Fisher. She is survived by a brother, Victor Boyd Fisher, II of Maryland.
A graveside service for Elizabeth will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Lewisburg Cemetery, 201 South 7th Street, Lewisburg, PA 22151.
