Beloved wife of 27 years to Vivencio Madelo; mother of Vincent Madelo; daughter of Magdalena and the late Emiliano Moreno; sister of Emelyn, Mildred (husband Victoriano), Leonard (wife Lucila), and Alexander; and aunt of Lawrence, John, Lenny Lou, Kristiania Claire, and Kristine Mae.
Elnida was born in the Philippines. She worked diligently for many years in clerical & administrative work in Washington, DC. She was a member of St. Louis and All Saints Catholic Churches.
Friends welcome on Thursday, August 11 and Friday, August 12 from 12-3 & 5-9 pm at Demaine Funeral Home, Springfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 13 at 10:30 am at St. Louis Catholic Church, Alexandria. Interment to follow at Fairfax Memorial Park.
