On Thursday July 24, 2014, John; formerly of Franconia, VA, passed away peacefully in Fredericksburg, VA. Dear husband for 62 years of Marian; father of Gary, Teri (Johnson), & Louise (Hahler); grandfather of Randon, Melissa, Jason, Eric, Lachel, Conor, & Katie; great-grandfather of Liam & Sydney. John is survived by a brother James and sister Joan and beloved friends Bobby & Peggy. John was a member of the Sheet Metal Local #100 for 65 years and served in the United States Army. Friends are welcome at Demaine FH in Springfield, Tue the 29th,
2-8pm and Wed @12 with a chapel service at 12:30 and followed by burial at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA.
