Judith Willis was born in Brooklyn, NY to Al Levine and Ida Erdberg Levine on May 24, 1941. She went to school at Ewing High School, Ewing New Jersey. She married Ronald Willis on May 2, 1965 in Mercer County, NJ. She graduated from Ohio University. She worked as a writer/editor for U.S. Food and Drug Administration for 20 years. She was involved in Folklore Society of Greater Washington, The Writer’s Center and the Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalists Church.
Judith is preceded in death by Ronald Willis, husband; Al Levine, father; and Ida Erdberg Levine, mother.
Judith is survived by a daughter, Heidi Palombo; sisters Adrienne Fischer and Cindy Thomas.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday March 7th at Demaine Funeral Home 5308 Backlick Road Springfield Va 22151. Burial will follow at 1:00pm at Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Va.
