Louis William Lawlor

Louis was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada to Wilfred and Dorthy Lawlor on June 11, 1939. He went to school at Pembroke Ontario. He married Sandra Valin. He graduated from Saint Francis Xavier University with a BA in Accounting. He worked as a CPA and Financial Advisor for Meloy Laboratories and as President of his own company DSL Associates for 35 years. He was involved in Knights of Columbus for many years. Louis loved his family and friends above all else. He loved his homeland of Canada and had a passion for golf and fishing.

Louis is preceded in death by his wife Sandra Lawlor, sisters Doris Lewis and Milly Baily.

Louis is survived by his children David Lawlor, Diane Williams, son-in-law Brian Williams, brothers Joseph Lawlor and James Lawlor and his grandchildren Jacob Williams, Teagan Williams, Mathew Lawlor and Meghan Lawlor.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday May 18 2026 at St. Michaels Church with a reception at Demaine’s Funeral Home at 11:30 AM. Arrangements are by Demaine Funeral Home in Springfield Va.

Memorials may be given to Demaine Funeral Home in Springfield Virginia.
