Margaret T. Kirkevold

Mrs. Kirkevold was born in Minot, ND on March 28, 1919, the daughter of Nora and Evan Thomas. She attended Minot University and was a graduate of the Minnesota School of Business in Minneapolis. She retired from the US Government in 1963, after serving with the Department of Defense and Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mrs. Kirkevold, a highly skilled cross-stitcher, knitter, and organist, was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

She is survived by her two daughters, Donna (Peter) Haralampus of Ashburn, VA and Susan Ford of Annandale, VA; six grandchildren, William (Rhonda) White, Kenneth (Maggie) White, Lee Ford, Robin (Nathan) Huffman, James (Abby) Klar, and Cindi (George) Barna; eleven great-grandchildren, Tina, Ryan, Lydia, Willy, Zachary, Jacob, Corey, Alex, Benjamin, Aiden, and Faith; and four great-great-grandchildren, Lakai, Delilah, Desi, and Juliette.

Memorial service and inurnment will be private in Southeast Memorial Gardens, North Myrtle Beach, SC.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
