Valerie grew up in Annandale, VA and drove a school bus in Fairfax County for 27 years. She touched the hearts of many children and co-workers during her years of service.
Valerie is survived by her older sister, Shirley; daughter Kelly and Grandson Maddox as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her Father James and son Eric.
Services will be held Sunday, March 9, 10am at the Demaine Funeral Home in Springfield, VA. There will be a burial service following at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA.
Donations to St. Jude's hospital will also be accepted in Lieu of Flowers.
