Capt. William “Bill” John Naldrett, Sr., USN (Ret.), 75, of Fairfax, VA, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015. Bill was born in New York to the late William Henry, and Marie Naldrett (nee Stanton). In addition to his parents, Bill also was preceded in death by his daughter Susan Naldrett. Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Joanne M. Naldrett (nee Lawlor); three devoted children, Bill Naldrett, Jr., Trisha Zeigler (husband Bob) and Chris Naldrett (wife Amanda); five adoring grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert Naldrett (wife Carol) and Richard Naldrett (wife Cookie).
The Naldrett family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at the Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA. Services at Fort Myer Old Post Chapel will be announced at a later date.
