Charles “Charlie” Richard Bectol, of Florissant, MO, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at the age of 88. Loving husband of the late Doris Bectol; beloved son of the late Richard Charles Bectol and Frankie Pauline Roland; devoted father of Vickie (Randy) Pohlmann; cherished grandfather of Brian (Anne) Jones, Ryan Pohlmann and Sean Pohlmann; treasured great-grandfather of Greyson Jones and Kylie Maloney. Charlie is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
Charlie was a member of St. Norbert Catholic Church. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
