Clifford G. Marquette, 90, of Bridgeton, MO passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 13, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Laura (nee Beaver) Marquette and a sister, Dorothy "Dottie". He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Lorraine (nee Miller) Marquette; sister, Jane; special nieces, Debra (Bruce) Rehm, Brenda (the late Jack) Bunch; and many nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
Cliff was a member of the John Calvin Presbyterian Church and a proud World War II US Navy Veteran. He was an avid boater, bowler, golfer, and water skier. He and Lorraine loved to do yard work together and spent all of their time together. They both loved animals and were always feeding them--even the wildlife that wandered into their yard! Cliff was a passionate person who adored his wife. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 17, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann, MO. The funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. Private interment at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
