My world is a different place without you in it. I miss you DaD!!!!

The 4th of July was not the same without you Dad! Being at the Bridgeton fireworks like we always used to do! When Katy Perry's song "Firework" came on I just cried. I know you were there with us! I feel the same way as Bob , Daves brother I know he is in a better place and we will be reunited and pick up our special friendship again, but till then we all must carry on in this world knowing there is a great wittness cloud of friends and loved ones waiting over there , and I know Dave is in there saying come on you guys , and gals you can make it.

They say that God places people in your life for a reason. He sure kept Dave busy. You may be gone in the flesh but you live on through the beautiful family you created. You will be truly missed. Love you more than words can express.

My DaD, There are to many to mention,but I can say is that I am the person I am today because of him,and I LOVE him so very much and will miss him dearly, with all my heart dad I love you. forever Tina.

Happy Fathers Day this Sunday Dad! And have a Happy Birthday in Heaven. We will have BBQ in Honor of you! I know you will be smiling down on us all.

When Gaylla and I are sitting in our back yard, I will be reminded of the help Dave gave me putting the fence up. He was so strong I couldn't have done it without his help. Dave was always there if you needed him.

I take comfort in the fact that my beloved Brother is a saved man and in a far better place. I will miss so much about him that word's will never explain. We who loved him will talk and think of him often.

I worked with Dave for many years at Shackelford. He was one of  the hardest working people I've had the pleasuring of working with, but he was also one of the most good natured and cheerful with good sense of humor. I would often sing out loud while working and when ever I would come upon Dave I would sing his name to a tune and he almost never failed to do a little jig and sing along with me. It made me smile. I always remember that. We had good conversations too. We would talk about his family, projects he was working on, or trips we've taken. I looked forward to working with him. 
The last time I saw him was when I was visiting the store last year. He gave me a big hug and wished me well.
