Donna Rausch

Donna Rausch, 88, of Maryland Heights, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025. Born on November 14, 1936, she was the beloved daughter of Norman Litzsinger and Ruby Randolph. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Carl Rausch, her sister, Patricia Weitekamp (James), and cousin Judy Susnic (Dave).

Donna was a devoted mother to Kimberly McLaughlin, Christopher Rausch (Denice), Karen Eufinger (Brian), Craig Rausch (Julie), and Jessica Hanrahan (Tim). She was a proud and loving grandmother to Emily San (Kenndy), Joseph McLaughlin (Jessi), Bradley Rausch, John Rausch, Whitney Eufinger, Jacob Rausch (Illiana), and Emma Hanrahan. She was also a dear friend to Cindy Parmenter and Mary Headon.

Donna lived a full and vibrant life, embracing each day with energy and enthusiasm. She had a passion for antiquing and shopping, always on the hunt for the perfect find. Known as the unofficial boss of the neighborhood, she kept a watchful eye on those around her, ensuring things ran just the way they should. A master of conversation, she loved talking with family, friends, and even strangers who soon became friends.

Her talents extended into the kitchen, where she reigned as the queen of brown bread, a treat her loved ones will forever associate with her warmth and care. She had a deep appreciation for the Blue Angels, a fascination with genealogy, and a love for animals especially the neighborhood cats. Elephants held a special place in her heart, a reflection of her strength and wisdom.

Donna led an active lifestyle and was always ready for the next adventure. More than anything, she was a devoted caretaker, ensuring her family was always surrounded by love and support. Her presence was a guiding force, and her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched.

She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in our hearts.

A Visitation for Donna will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. The Funeral will occur Friday, February 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Little Flower Catholic Church, 1264 Arch Terrace, St. Louis, MO 63117. Followed by the Committal Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:25 AM at Bellefontaine Cemetery, 4947 W Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO 63115.
