It is with great sadness to share the passing of Joane M Jamison (Lato) on February 17, 2026 surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Joane may have been called to the Lord but she was definitely welcomed with open arms by her late sister Diana (Keith) Kozlen and her parents Antonio and Iona Lato.
Joane is survived by her husband of over 35 years Don Jamison, her sons Christopher (Ashlee) Barrale and Nicholas (Catherine) Barrale and two daughters Teana (Kenny) Rodawald and Teresa Jamison, her grandchildren Gage Rodawald, Kelcy Rush, Gavin Rodawald, Matthew Rush, Kelsey Fierro, Dominic Bryer, Rylie Rose, Emilia Rush, Elizabeth Barrale, Mia Barrale, Anthony Barrale, Cadence Barrale, Dalilah Rodawald, Daisey Rodawald, Giovanni Barrale, Gianna Barrale and her great-grand daughter Eleanor Ruggeri.
Joane is leaving behind two sisters Donna (late husband Dan) Kerckhoff and Toni (Eric) Stegemann and she was a loving sister in law, cousin, aunt, and friend to many.
To anyone who knows Joane knew that her family meant so much to her but her grandchildren were her world. Joane grew up at the Lake of the Ozarks where lots of memories were made over the years, her love for the lake never went away as that was known as her happy place… give her a book, her dog and she will be pleased for hours. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the humane society of St. Louis as she had a love for all animals https://hsmo.org
