John Douglas Hudson, 54, of Hazelwood, MO departed this life too soon. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Margaret Hudson and his sister, Carla Hudson-Parr (survives Louie Parr). John is survived by his daughter, Alison (Trevor) Walls and her mother, Kimber Hudson; stepson, Steve Wright; and grandchild, Riley.
John was a veteran of the US Army earning an Army Service Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Marksman Badge. He was a quiet and simple man who was happy to just enjoy life outdoors camping and fishing, and listening to music. He will be truly missed.
Committal service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 11 a.m. Memorials are appreciated to any Veteran’s Charity and expressions of condolence may be offered at www.alexanderstlouis.com.
