Lydia Denise LaGrone-Payne passed away on Tuesday November 3, 2020. Born October 31, 1957 to Louis C. and Mary Hurd; Loving wife of Gregory Payne; dearest mother of Brandi Barnes (Lance), Michael LaGrone Jr, Shauna Hampton (Keith), and Ashley Dew; grandmother of Logan, Kyren, Yasmin, Kamdin, and Khalan; dear sister of Lawrence Greenlee (Lois), Jackie Brown, Gerald Greenlee, Ella Cole, Kevin Hurd (Mary) and Louis C. Hurd Jr. (preceded in death).
Lydia touched the lives of so many people. She will forever be known as a loving and selfless wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Even through tough times Lydia always found a way to smile. She had a special place in her heart for children. Her loving and caring attitude allowed her to help raise so many children over the years. Lydia was a kind and compassionate woman who will be missed dearly.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday November 14, 2020 from 1:00 PM at Alexander White-Mullen Funeral Home 11101 St. Charles Rock Rd. St. Ann, MO.
